04/08/2020 – Today’s Question of the Day

If you could have one wish granted to change one thing about you (not your spouse) to improve your marriage bed, what would it be? The change could be physical, psychological, emotional, or really anything else. However, the wish can only change you here and moving forward; no changing the past.

And ixnay on the wishing for more wishes.

Great question, Scott! This was the next one on my list.

    You have a list!?! 😯 😆

    on April 8, 2020.

Haha. Well, sometimes random questions pop into my head. Or a brand new thought. And of course, always a curiosity. I have to write them down or I’ll forget!

    on April 8, 2020.

I’d love to see that list. I’m always curious to know what others think about!

Well, I can’t always decide if they are a QOTD topic or if they should be a regular question. I am always thinking and curious learning and researching.

We know who to call on for QOTD’s when no one else is stepping up!!!

TBH, I have to keep ahead, LOL. No way I can commit to helping with QOTD if I am not prepared.

I would ask for increased sexual confidence. Zelda is looking for me to lead her into an awesome MB, but my confidence frequently holds me, and thus us, back.

I didn’t mean to imply being a marathon man, just a bit longer than the norm for me.  Middle distance rather than a sprint.

I was gonna say last longer BUT, I do like the option of what some mentioned of weighing less. HOWEVER, I’d like to be able to weigh less AND still eat whatever and whenever I want without having to always exercise. As one gets older, it definitely gets harder! 😀

            …well, if we’re making wishes…why not?

In the past, like others, I would have said last longer, but I’ve not really found that to be helpful. Wife gets sore and I can’t even reach O sometimes when she’s not getting anything out of it.

So…..I would say I’d like to truly have lowered expectations. I often have difficulty lowering my strong desire for my wife to outwardly desire sex, be enthusiastic and engaged during sex, and receive pleasure from plain old PIV sex.

To not feel hurt if DW says “not tonight” when I am initiating and hoping for some LM, but try again with confidence the next day.

Nothing with respect to the marriage bed, per se. However, I would like to be more spontaneous with regard to touching her during the day; holding hands when walking, watching TV etc.
