A gift for all the husbands here
So a handout I was given at my Gyn office is entitled “Practical Measures for Vaginal Hygiene” and there’s an “avoid” column and a “substitute” column. Without going through the whole list, the top several to Avoid are: pantyhose, synthetic underwear, and tight fitting jeans or other tight pants. Certain choices from the Substitute column add up to the formula for good vaginal health being the following:
Thigh high stockings with garter belts, no underwear, and dresses.
So fellas, those of you who have been wanting your wives to wear that particular combination, now you can tell them it’s not just sexy, it’s healthy for the lady bits.
And that’s my good deed for the men of TMB for the year. 😀

Her statement seems to agree with the next-to-last rule in this article: 8 Rules for a Healthy Vagina.
Logical conclusion is that my DW should go commando and wear dresses…why would I argue with that? 😉
I think my wife read a list similar to that once. Although she has had problems in that area, she couldn’t get around the no underwear one, not even sleeping without panties. I would absolutely love it if she wore a garter and hose, that is very sexy to me.
LOVE IT! Bought my wife some lingerie for the first time in marriage that I wanted to see her in…and two of the sets involved garter & thigh highs. WOW!!!
I still enjoy seeing her in good jeans and a t-shirt or sweater in the Fall but I’m all for her going commando, especially at night!!! 😀
I’m in the same boat. After our son was born, she is a little looser so just a sneeze she is worried about a little dribble, so she is not venturing there anytime soon. (Any suggestions in that department?) Still trying her to go without. Even at night she wears something. It hinders a bit of midnight fondling. Maybe I should show her the report!!!

This is kind of pricey, but it seems to have good reviews, but you could check out this K-fit. They also have an attachment for me for them to do kegels. We have been trying it out, my husband has actually been more faithful in the use, but we both have noticed differences in our pelvic floor muscles.
