Christian Songs for Love Making and Date Night
I have a few songs that I play when it is our time. I would like to know if you have any other Christian songs that you recommend. Also, feel free to use some of mine.

Let’s Stay Home Tonight by NEEDTOBREATHE
Hymn For Her by Anchor & Braille
Clear By NEEDTOBREATHE
The Wedding Song by Matthew Mole
Someone (Acoustic Version) by Future of Forestry
Hold My Hand by Future of Forestry
Every Sight Since by Ezra Jacob
Meant by Zach Winters
If I Ain’t Got You by Jordan Feliz
Jesus & You by Matthew West
Duet by Penny and Sparrow
All of Me by Matt Hammitt
Hey Love By Michael W. Smith
Kings & Queens by Mat Kearney
BTW, for the record I would like to assert that many so-called secular songs are perfectly lovely for a romantic evening and should not be considered “unclean” or sinful just because they are published by a mainstream record company or even by a secular (truly un-saved) artist. Jesus said that if his disciples were silent, even the rocks would cry out his praise. Is it so impossible to believe the Holy Spirit can use unbelievers to tell the truth that husbands and wives love each other? Certainly we can choose to avoid sinful lyrics, but where no sin exists in the lyrics themselves, can’t the song be acceptable?
Interesting, I might have to check out some of those songs. I can’t say I recognize any of them by the titles. I don’t really have any to add, but I do like to have Christian radio on while out on a date, it seems to put me in a better frame of mind, then some of the old love songs my husband likes to play (probably in hopes to put me in the mood.)
I Will Be Here For You by Michael W. Smith (if it’s the one I’m thinking of) is a pretty one. Something is niggling around in my mind that it had something to do with someone getting sick, but I think the song itself is basically the title promised poetically and romantically over and over.
Cherish the Treasure, by Steve Green is a wedding song (ask me how I know 😉 ), but very pretty
Amy Grant’s song Baby Baby is actually about her baby, but it can be interpreted as a sweetheart
Kiss Me, by Sixpence None the Richer–they were at one time a Christian group, even though that song was popular on secular stations. They also did a re-make of There She Goes.
Aaaaand when I did a quick search to see if I was forgetting any, I found there is an album done specifically for making love by Christian artists (of whom I have not heard before) Tamala and David Mann, called Us Against the World. I did not provide a link because the search result headline I followed actually led to an athiest site that was making fun of it. :/
I found the album on Spotify for Us Against the World.
