DW doesn’t use any creams, chemicals, etc. She washes regularly with a mild shampoo. She understands that messing with what’s natural, may not be healthy.

I have very sensitive skin, so I use Dove Sensitive Skin body wash everywhere, including the undercarriage. Occasionally when I want to smell special I will use a rose scented gel from Bath & Body Works, but if I do that too often I will itch. I do Kegels whenever I think of it but it must be enough because I pass the PC test, in that I can stop my urine mid-stream. (At least I could; I assume I will be able to again after recovery.) I only shaved the area for the very first time fairly recently, so when I used to have super heavy periods that made the hair feel (to me) all matted and bristly I would sometimes use a tiny dollop of conditioner on it just to soften and protect it. When the skin did become itchy and irritated, a thin layer of vaseline was helpful.

I can’t imagine putting any other chemical or cream on the area for purely cosmetic purposes. Like OWM said, messing with what’s natural isn’t always healthy.

Sam, can you explain what you mean here by “good, sweet, nice”?

          Hahaa

          “good, sweet. nice”

I am just referring to sexual enjoyment.

Other than my regular appointments for waxing, I don’t do anything but good personal hygiene.  I like to use a mild body wash that contains omega three oils.  Any brand – What ever is on sale!

Regarding exercise specific to that area, I do Kegels three times a day, three sets of ten to fifteen each time.  And I use Ben-Wa balls several times a week when going shopping or doing other errands.   But then I’m a bit of a fitness junkie!

I agree with One Woman Man.

I’m mostly concerned that my wife stays clean and healthy. Regular showers are usually all that’s needed. Sometimes creams or other things can cause irritation although vitamin and coconut oil are healthy.

                Ummm, no.

the more i do to it besides soaping up the outside and simple daily rinsing in the shower, the more it gets irritated.
